When I started this blog in March 2008, I was steadily losing my grip, trying to cope with mum's (undiagnosed at that point) dementia and full time work. Prozac eventually saved me from total meltdown and mum spent her last couple of years much more settled in a care home. She died, aged 92, on 10 November 2011. Life will be very different from now on............

Cheers, the mobile photo doesn't do my new hall justice. It looks very smart. I'm feeling sorry for myself now though, I cut my finger picking up broken glass earlier today and now its swollen so much I can't get my rings on. Probably should go to bed now. lol.
Nice job and your rail looks fabulous.
The new carpet looks lovely Lily! And I like the beautiful garland you have on the railing.
