IRANIAN NUCLEAR PROGRAM
When I started this blog in March 2008, I was steadily losing my grip, trying to cope with mum's (undiagnosed at that point) dementia and full time work. Prozac eventually saved me from total meltdown and mum spent her last couple of years much more settled in a care home. She died, aged 92, on 10 November 2011. Life will be very different from now on............

ooh she's a fiery old bird isn't she? what a character. luckily nursing homes have seen it all. the stress is off you for the most part now. :-)
You are the kindest daughter, i swear. I realize she doesn't appreciate you, but when I think of how she might have been treated by someone less tolerant....
jeepers.
Well, the staff must certainly realize the treasure she has in you!
I'm so sorry to hear this about your Mom. Hugs to you.
You know, old people usually doesn't carry on very well all the getting old stuff...I wouldn't do neither, I presume...
The photo is beautiful, by the way; seems a family with carachter!
