When I started this blog in March 2008, I was steadily losing my grip, trying to cope with mum's (undiagnosed at that point) dementia and full time work. Prozac eventually saved me from total meltdown and mum spent her last couple of years much more settled in a care home. She died, aged 92, on 10 November 2011. Life will be very different from now on............

That's a lovely jumper! What pattern is it? I'm afraid my beloved son is still waiting for me to finish his Christmas scarf (in my defense, it's 1 x 1 rib in sock yarn)!
*blushes* Thank you very much! The pattern is the Shawl Collar Sweater from a Patons Jet Mens book. Jet yarn (wool and alpaca - lovelys to knit with) is no longer produced but I was able to find it on ebay.
